At Maltipoo Puppies Home, we are committed to matching every Yorkie and Maltese puppy with a loving, responsible home. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund policies below before placing a deposit or purchasing a puppy.  

Refunds After Purchase

Once a puppy has been taken home, all sales are final.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, personal circumstances, or inability to care for the puppy.

If for any reason you can no longer keep your Yorkie or Maltese puppy, we require that you contact us first. We will assist in rehoming, but no refund will be provided.

Health Guarantee & Replacement Puppy

In the rare event that a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a life-threatening congenital or genetic condition within the guarantee period, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value when one becomes available.

Veterinary documentation is required.

Refunds are not issued, but we stand by our health guarantee with a replacement option.
